During the first week we offer our students, as an assistance service, group visits to certain institutions they will need, such as: Foreign Citizen’s Office, Labor Office, a banking institution, some shops, the railway station. These visits are previously announced so as to receive specialized assistance/the contact partner’s attention. This assistance service is part of our course offer and it is included in the course fee.

We are pleased to assist you in the opening of a bank account. You will soon realize this is an inevitable instrument of daily life; for example it will be almost impossible for you to pay the monthly fee for your health insurance and even for the rent without a bank account.

In the very first week you will also learn how to get to the lecture rooms in the most convenient/cheapest way. (The monthly/season ticket for public transportation).

You can receive information from us about leisure/free time activities shortly after your arrival.

In Germany you are expected to announce your residence at the Residents’ Registry shortly after settling down.
